The website is owned and operated by AZAYO TRADE LTD. We respect your privacy and thus work to protect your data and maintain your integrity online.

All personal information collected (only to the extent that has been provided by you) will be handled with great care. The information will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities (e.g. newsletter). You may unsubscribe at any time using the appropriate link in the newsletter or by writing to us.

The information is kept strictly within the AZAYO TRADE LTD group, but only within the scope permitted by current data protection laws. Your personal information will not be passed on to third parties. The only exceptions to this rule are our partners, where this is required in order to better process your order or request.

Cookies

We use cookies to provide an improved visitor experience and to keep track of the number of visitors to our website. All material on the Vision Expo Systems website is copyright of AZAYO TRADE LTD. This means that all content, such as texts, brand names, illustrations and graphics, is protected by the Romanian Copyright Act. You may only use/download material from our website for private, non-commercial use. Copying, duplication, transfer, sale, transmission, storage or other forms of distribution of the material on our website for public or commercial purposes is not permitted without the written consent of AZAYO TRADE LTD. Unauthorized use of the content of this website is prohibited by applicable law and may involve criminal and financial liability.

Warranty

Subject to the conditions set out below, AZAYO TRADE LTD warrants that the goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from flaws in material and workmanship for a period of either 1 year or 5 years (as per original specification and guarantee terms) from the date of their initial use or from delivery, whichever is the first to end. Proof of purchase date may be required.

The above warranty offered by AZAYO TRADE LTD is subject to the following conditions:

AZAYO TRADE LTD shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the company’s instructions (whether oral or in writing) misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without our approval;
AZAYO TRADE LTD shall not be liable under the above warranty (or any other warranty or guarantee) if the total price for the goods has not been paid by the due day for payment.

Prices

Prices of products and services offered by AZAYO TRADE LTD are listed on www.visionexposystems.com website and are expressed in Euro, VAT not included. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Special prices may only be agreed by contract. In this case, when placing an order, the buyer must stipulate the contract price.

Payment

Payment method depends on the contractual situation between AZAYO TRADE LTD and the customer. For new customers payment in advance is required. For loyal customers the payment can be made 50/50 (50 - in advance, 50 - at delivery) based on a pro forma invoice that AZAYO TRADE LTD will issue after definite order is placed by the customer.

Payment of goods and services can be completed as follows:

Bank Transfer after placing the order, but before delivery of products
Cash on delivery / Cash to courier
Paypal for orders placed on the website

For some customized products we may require an advance payment of 50% at time of order, before printing the materials necessary for the exhibition stands

Delivery

Ordering shall only be done in writing. First step is the selection of the nearest distributor from the map. Second step is asking for a quotation using our online form. For a definite order we need at least the following: company name, company address, name of contact person, phone and e-mail, billing data and details of the order such as product name, quantity, model (if applicable), request of a specific delivery date (if applicable).

AZAYO TRADE LTD will not be responsible for any kind of delay in transit. We accept no liability and the buyer has no right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time unless we have specifically agreed in writing to deliver on a particular date.

Before signed receipt of a delivery, all goods must be examined as immediately as possible for damage or any items missing. Damage or shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days upon receipt of delivery. Failure to comply with any of the above will be deemed that the goods are acceptable and the buyer unconditionally waives any right to reject the aforementioned goods.

Our liability in respect of loss or damage to goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods (excluding VAT) and our liability shall in no event extend to consequential or indirect loss or damage, loss to third parties or loss of business.

The goods must be delivered to the delivery address agreed with AZAYO TRADE LTD. Under no circumstances should the carrier be instructed by the buyer to deliver to another address or to leave the goods elsewhere.

Liability

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, offense, contract, or otherwise, shall AZAYO TRADE LTD or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits. AZAYO TRADE LTD or its affiliates will be liable solely for damages caused by a breach of a contractual obligation as a result of AZAYO TRADE LTD deliberate intent or gross negligence.

Aplicable law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Romanian law. All possible disputes arising between AZAYO TRADE LTD and customers will be solved amicably or, where this is not possible, they will be settled by the competent Romanian courts in Bucharest.
